"I know the concept behind this message board will be one of the greatest benefits to kitchen dealers since the introduction of the American Institute of Kitchen Dealers (AIKD or now NKBA) and the SEN Buying Group. Most Kitchen & Bath Dealers are open to sharing ideas at the NKBA - K/BIS Conference, because for the most part the other dealers are "non-competing" dealers from other states. Dealers who belong to Buying Groups are even more open to share ideas and help their fellow members. However, I've always felt that there is some reluctance to totally open up to other dealers at K/BIS or at Buying Group meetings. In some cases you may not feel comfortable admitting that you have a problem because of embarrassment or you may feel that somehow the information may get back to your local area. But with this totally anonymous message board you can feel free to ask any question and share any information with total anonymity."
